We were always in debt

We came to the Universal church (UCKG) in 2013. About 2 months prior my wife invited me and my children to an event in May of that year. We were really struggling financially, despite the fact that I had a decent job and made good money; we were always in debt and didn't have enough money to get through the week. This caused us to always fight. Sometimes we couldn’t even go on holiday or even go to visit relatives in the islands. Even if we did we always had to borrow money for the airfare. When we kept coming to the church especially on Monday services, one of the messages really spoke to me. Therefore it challenged and moved something in me to act.

In August of the same year we started a business and at the same time I was still working at my previous job four days a week. In June 2016 I resigned from my previous job and worked full time investing in our business. When I started to apply the Word of God in my life, God started uniting my family. There was a noticeable difference within my children, we started to resolve issues together and found peace. Our business started growing and today it is still doing great. When I decided to put God first, He gave me peace. Above all that God has given me, His Spirit, He has transformed me into a new man and today my family is a piece of heaven. My marriage is also a huge blessing and we gladly are serving our Lord Jesus Christ.
